Article 1: The founder of Collective Will is called Jean-Marc LAMBERT, currently domiciled 197, which occurred Coghen in 1180 Brussels (Belgium) the party is composed active members and adherent members. Only the members whose candidature is accepted by the political office and who are in rule of contribution are active members. Only the active members have voting rights to the general assemblies of the party.

Article 2: No civil servant (communal, provincial, regional, federal or European) will be able to be member (active or adherent) party, or to form part of the political office, or to be reproduced on our electoral rolls this limitation extends to their themselves and their couple, and that with 10 years retroactive effect.

Article 3: As long as Collective Volonté will not count 500 registered active member, the founder will name and only revoke his collaborators in order to form a political office simplified and composed of the founder and 5 people.

Article 4: Once the quorum of 500 active members registered voters, the members brought together in general assembly will name each year 5 representatives in order to form a wide political office which will count on the whole 11 people.

Article 5: Only an ordinary or extraordinary general assembly convened by by the founder or the political office, or following a petition signed by more than 10% of the active members will be validly ready to revoke the 5 representatives named by it.

Article 6: The decisions of the political office - simplified or extended - will be made in the majority simple of the voices.

Article 7: The following articles of the statutes will validly be written by the political office - simplified until the 01/01/2002 or extended after the 01/01/2002 -, in so far as they do not enter in contradiction with the already existing articles..
